The WRM trolley museum has 12 miles of track north of their museum that they rarely use. This track has a live connection with Union Pacific at Cannon. Six miles south of Cannon the WRM museum has 8 to 10 acres of land at Dozier next to state highway 113 that is not used. Also, Union Pacific RR has a 5 acre parcel at Creed next to the SN track about 3 miles south of Dozier and 3 miles north of the WRM museum site. This would be a lot cheaper than Sonoma County........
