I had a chance to drive out to the Fishlake trailhead yesterday but instead headed home after a day in Spokane. Could have provided a more definite answer as to the water situation on the ex-SP&S biketrail. Seems like the water issues through those cuts was a perpetual thing no matter what time of year it was.
