Ground Swell hit the nail on the head. Iowa Pacific is going to end most if not all of its passenger operations during the course of 2017. It doesn't matter whether the lease is for several more years, they will figure out a way to get of it because these operations are not economically sustainable. Just take a look at the "negotiated divorce" (their words, not mine) underway at the Texas State.
