The BLS class 486 is a TRAXX by Bombardier, and it has side windows, but no mirrors, just cameras.
The StLB class 198 is an Eurosprinter by Siemens (previous generation to the Vectron), and also has side windows, but no mirrors, just cameras.
With the latter, one would actually have to check the markings whether it is fully certified for Switzerland. As it is a rather exotic machine, I would have read about it running in Switzerland in bahnforum.ch. Also, according to a press release by StLB, it is intended to be use between Austria and the Netherlands.
