So, what railway company owned these tracks?

CALISTOGA — Planned repairs to a chewed-up section of Washington Street near the fire station may eliminate the last vestige of an electric rail line that once ran from Napa to Calistoga.
A 400-foot section containing the tracks will be replaced with 18 inches of base rock and 6 inches of asphalt. It is unclear if the steel rails will be reinstalled, city Public Works Director Mike Kirn said.
Kirn said there has not been “a lot of interest” lately in the 177-foot long rail section, but he did include the cost as a contract alternative.
“We haven’t shut the door on it completely,” he said.
The cost to remove the crumbling roadway and replace it will be $650,000. He estimated the cost to save the rail track could be between $30,000 and $60,000, “if not more.”
The timeline for replacing the roadway is 45 days, he said.
