Calistoga might want to avoid bicyclists wrath as in Seattle
Bicycle riders want something done about the light rail tracks in Seattle. Perhaps Seattle should propose a cost effective approach and impose a regulation that all bicycles operated in city limits have training wheels attached. This would help mitigate many types of obstacles riders find in the city. A less intrusive and more direct solution to this particular issue could be law that a rider must walk their bike when navigating the railway. Then again that would involve personal responsibility so that is a dead end.
