NWP passenger operations questions

When was passenger service cut back to Willits as the southern terminus? It seems like it was between 1958 and 1962? Did this change coincide with the replacement of conventional passenger equipment with the RDC?
Was the southern terminus Santa Rosa or Ukiah right before the change-over to Willits?
