In true Amtrak fashion they nixed the walkway in favor of hiring more workers who run differently-abled people out to the trains on jitneys. The walk out isn't all that far but not pleasant in summer heat. The new tracks really improved over the past system. Rents for the new spaces have discouraged leases and I hope that the station will not suffer the same fate as the nearly vacant renovated Railway Express building.
