Nothing new Hutch, the powers that be back in the 80's started putting DBR's on 634 up the Bay, ok with 3 carriages but when they added the Roadsider wagon for parcels best one had on the hills was about 35 kmh upgrade. Took for ever to get up to track speed on the flats too. Timetable running went all to hell.
