Shopped there once, think it was in July 2015. My son dropped $150 or so, and the "owner" was irrated we wanted to fill out the tax-exempt form (since we live in Oregon).

I spent $35, and said "I'll pay the sales tax, since it's such an inconvenience for me to fill out the form." He just rung it up and charged me the sales tax. We were the only people in the store.
