There will be actually two crossovers.

The west side will be located between C and D streets.

The east crossover was to be located on the bridge, there are two signal bump-outs for this crossover. But, FRA said no aerial crossover, so now the east crossover will be located just off the bridge around and/or under the L street road bridge. The entire stretch between Portland Ave and the bridge will be rebuilt, except the two coach yard tracks.

I don't know the configuration of the crossover yet.
