Whoa, that's scary. When I worked on the ramp at my local airport while in college, we occasionally had airlines come through for fuel stops who were "cash only" status. I saw captains break out cash or their own credit cards to pay for fuel. You want to know how many of those airlines were flying within a year of me seeing such things?
