I'm not a friend of Brian Peoples and I don't belong to his organization.
I support efforts to restore passenger train service on the branch.
However, I hope that you were being sarcastic when you suggested that it (the fire) was started by Brian Peoples and his cronies.

If you have some evidence that he started the fire you should immediately turn it over to the proper authorities, otherwise you should refrain from publicly accusing him of arson.
That comment is really libelous.
I'm not a laweyer but I believe that if you don't issue a retraction,he could sue you and you would have to spend a lot of money on an attorney to defend yourself.

It's your right to criticize Brian Peoples for wanting to get rid of the train tracks but accusing him of arson is not protercted free speech.
