Don: "Harold A. Edmonson" is a railroad author (big time) both in Books and Magazines.
Some of his earlier publications were co-authored with the late Dave Goodhart.

You might try looking up one of his books and then look in the front or back of it to get an idea where he lives. OR, contact one of the Publishers and ask them for assistance.
