UP, BNSF, and MRL All Impacted in North Idaho

Washout on MRL at Kootenai, ID, tagged an empty coal train. 50-60 empty cars and one locomotive were derailed, but remain upright. No injuries.

UP and BNSF still closed. Sky is clearing now, but more rain expected to move in by this evening.
