More Northwest Weather Weirdness

Another late Amtrak 7 coming down the Idaho panhandle this morning. BNSF having high water issues again on its Lakeside Sub. Next thing you know, BNSF might decide to take advantage of UP's presently-idle trackage from Sandpoint southward beyond Spokane.
