This. For the last 8 years Kalis numbers don't pencil out. On one hand the legislature is saying we need more money from the feds. On the other hand they say lets build a super train and seperate from the union, @#$%& the Feds. So which is it?
And then you have 'the wild card' (the state of Jefferson) saying they are willing to go on there own continued poverty and all and cut the rest of the state from its water unless they are willing to pay exprbit prices.
