I got a brilliant idea for one man train crew use by the UP and BNSF in California. Equip the nose of the engines with twin size beds like a sleeper in trucks and have to qualified and licensed FRA certified Engineers run the train and extend the mileage from say Roseville to West Colton and then West Colton to Tucson and etc...

BLE and T will be the only Railroad brotherhood prevailing. Don't let the SMART/UTU
cutoff and sell off more jobs and then close shop and run from Cleveland.

BLE has always looked out for both the Engineers and Trainman and UTU just sells off jobs and allows employees to be dismissed and terminated for more new and hired trash at 75 and 85 percent.
