I didn't realize that there was a wye at Attalia, but yes, it is clearly visible on this map page:
[www.google.com]
(Attalia is near the bottom, towards the right). And the UP bridge over the Columbia is at the top of the map, towards the left, about 10 miles or so from Attalia.
