Coos Bay question

The thread below got me thinking about Coos Bay. Couple of questions.

How much coos is left in the bay?
I know the days of unit trains of raw coos are long over, but do they still handle a few carloads of coos now and then?
Do you think coos mining will ever make a big comeback in the bay? Or will it always be cheaper to import the coos by ship from overseas?

Thank you.
