(I know absolutely nothing about this situation and/or
any court cases involving the woman, so know I'm asking
these questions an an uninvolved party. I'm not a lawyer
either!)

Is your statement one of fact, based on her conviction
in court of a charge of libel? Is your statement one
of opinion, based on your understanding of libel law?
If the latter, are you an attorney?

I ask because your charge sounds very serious to me,
and if unfounded might even subject YOU to such a
charge. This is a public forum, not a private
discussion amongst friends. Charging a teacher
in higher education of libel could affect that person's
career prospects negatively.

If you would care to explain more fully the basis
for your statement I'd appreciate it.
