BNSF radio frequencies Portand-Bend

I'm thinking about trying to get down to the Columbia River Gorge to watch, at some as-yet-undetermined observation spot, the 4449 trip upriver in June. My newest Altamont Press timetables, NW Region No. 7 and California Region No. 20, indicate the BNSF using AAR 87 and 76 from Portland to Wishram, and 66, 13 and 32 on the Oregon Trunk Wishram to Bend.

I'd appreciate knowing it these are still current, and also whether narrow-banding has been applied to railroad radio. My scanner is older than the telegraph and hasn't been used in a while.
