UP Permanente Local

This summer I'll be spending a week in Cupertino. While researching the area I found the Permanente Branch and thought it'd be an interesting chase one day.

Does anyone know what kind of schedule (if any) this branch is run - is it a regular schedule or "as-needed"; how easy is it to chase?
