The problem that Berkeley has at the moment is that some from the far left and some from the far right have chosen it as the stadium for their gladiatorial combat. The locals are not pleased.

Now we have people like Ann Coulter stirring the pot so they can sell more books. I'm afraid that somebody is really going to get hurt by all this and as usual the right will say, "See! Berkeley doesn't respect free speech!"
