I would add the caveat that the "Minnesota & Manitoba" line (CN Sprague Sub from Baudette, MN to Warroad, MN) is still dispatched by CN Western Region RTC's located in Edmonton, AB, since this segment is operated by Canadian crews under CROR. This is due to the fact that the US-portion of the Sprague Sub is a short "island" between the two Canadian route segments (Fort Frances, ON-to-Rainy River, ON/Baudette, MN on the east end and Warroad-to-.Winnipeg, MB on the west end).
