Hey -- that IS VERY cool! I had no idea
Glen had any relatives in the EBMRS in
Emeryville. Thanks for this fascinating
info, Ken!

Yes, people do catch the railfan "bug"
from relatives, usually parents. I caught
the "bug" from my son around 40 years ago,
and I am eternally grateful to him for that!
I know one other lady who also caught the
"bug" fro her son long ago, so catching an
interest in a hobby from one's child is not
unique, but it is rare.
