When the Brooklyn roundhouse was still open, turning the 4449 was simple -- use the turntable.
I'm not sure if the curvature on the north leg of the wye (south from Albina to west onto the Steel Bridge) would permit turning it here. The new connector from the south onto the Graham Line is very tight -- as far as I know, UP can't even run trains with autoracks or non-articulated piggyback flatcars on it, because of their length.
Once the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation can implement Phase 2 of their projects, they can install the old Brooklyn turntable next to the Heritage Center, and then be able to bring the locomotives out the south side of the building and turn them there.
