I used to shoot photos from the very end of W10th. It not only has a view of the BNSF line, it is also directly on top of the UP line and overlooks the freeway also. Each time I visited the Spokane area I would set a little time aside on the way to the airport to stop there and watch the pretty busy rail activity crossing that Latah trestle as well as the once-in-a-while UP trains pass below.
