Okay then.
I am going to charter some publicly owned property. Maybe a police station, or a park, or a school... Maybe, a WES train.
In doing so, I will demand a "non-disclosure" agreement to be signed by the government agency, and all details of who I am are to remain confidential.
Maybe that will cause disruption because it might involve blocking off a street you ordinarily use. Or, your bus won't show up, because I took it over. Or maybe a fire truck is unavailable to respond to a fire at your house, because I have it for my own use.
Think that's a crazy analogy?
Who owns the 4449? NOT Doyle McCormack.
So if you're okay with this particular requisition of public property, then don't complain when someone else does the same thing.
Regardless, the anger expressed by a select few appear to indicate the Friends of 4449 are in no need of any private financial contributions, and based upon the "private business decisions" clearly don't seem to indicate behavior of that of a non-profit organization, so the Internal Revenue Service shall have a little fun.
