Not only crazy, but infantile

Exactly who said he did, and when and where did
they say it?
Who has the City placed in charge of the locomotive?

Go ahead and complain to the IRS. Make my day and
that of a number of more mature people. I'm sure IRS
is eager to hear your crackpot theory of how a non-profit
can or cannot make funds. What sections of the tax
code do you base this on? When they get though laughing
at you, you might want to make sure your own IRS filings
are in order.
You and your buddy can have all the temper tantrums
you want. It won't change a thing, and you will still
look as dumb and as self-centered as you do now.
Little wonder rails in general think foamers are nuts.
