All the UP wants is the glory. In my opinion, they want "UP" to stand out and really don't give a damn about the old SP or anyone else. Think back to the UP cut throat BS back then with the CP. The "Yellow Peril" is alive and well in Omaha.

The great part is, we all know about the history of the "Daylight" and the SP 4449. Thanks to DM & crew, it will stay that way.

UP could get it together with BOTH roads being there, 50-50, but don't hold your breath.
