Unless the Redwood Business Park has encroached on the ROW, there's not enough room between the mainline and the business park to extend the Willowbrook lead as far as Lagunitas.

I was snooping around the Lagunitas/Adobe Wine complex today, and there's zero sign of any preparations being made for the installation of a spur, other than the used rail that was dumped along the ROW over a year ago.
