Eric this is the commute period we are talking here. Not off-hours. As it happens, the NWP will be running at night after SMART shuts down. But even if they were running during the day, not an issue, becuase they would be running in the middle of the day.
By the way, this is basically a tiny shortline railroad that has no through freight on it. The freight is just a shortline switching only a few customers in the southern part of the commuter line. There's no concern about any big freight trains getting through, just a switcher with between 5 and 15 cars and accessing three spurs/drill tracks.
