Dickens and the 4014

So on TO, someone summarized Dickens' latest presentation.

Then Hotwater posted the questions:
"Did anyone ask about the current boiler water treatment program? Also, will the Wilson Blowdown Sludge Remover system on 4014 be eliminated, as was done on 844?"

Great questions. During these public info sessions, why doesn't someone politely ask Dickens why he altered or removed the blowdown apparatus from 844? The person could also politely ask whether Dickens feels it is risky to make changes to an engineered system (hmmmm).
