Tacoma Rail to Morton? Any repairs yet?

Can anyone provide any info on Tacoma Rail trackage that was washed out in the winter storms?

I have not seen anything in paper locally except that TR borrowed $2 million from the City General Fund and the new Superintendent saying the Mountain Division getting ready to "turn the corner" to profitability...

I'm curious what plans they have to getting the line to Morton, Elbe, etc fixed.

Any if any other plans this spring to upgrade any more of their trackage. I see a string of empty intermodal flats going up the Tacoma Hill the other nite, so they must have some business still with the company loading grain into containers.
