In the not too distant future, economic reality in Caliphonia is going to set in hard and It will be "quit your job" or "ride the train to get there"! -- Oh will the Caliphonies be a squawkin!

The 2nd track will be needed then - for sure. So since when does a damn bike trail for the elite few trump the need for a 2nd track for the many.

Of course the answer is simple - just put the trail between the running rails - no stopping allowed!

Problem solved - nature's way.
