OC&E passenger service

There was none according to the Pacific NW Chapter NRHS route guide for the Sept. 1983 OC&E excursion. I finally found my copy.
There was a prior excursion in 1957.
Klamath Falls Municipal Railway, an OC&E forerunner, had a passenger coach. No one recalls or has dug up evidence of regular passenger service though. It was for special excursions.
