Oregon Pacific does not have trackage rights on UP as such...we operate on joint interchange trackage at Canby owned by UP and they operate on joint interchange trackage at East Potland owned by OPR.

We have an agreement to move equipment between Canby and East Portland for maintenance purposes as necessary.
