No, there was one Audit 1 officer that kept the heat off for a long time. A lot of moves were done below the radar and everything was fine. I am sure Dick knows who I am talking about. When things started to change for the worse, just before the merger, he took a buy out and quit. He is still in the area and am sure he still has his fingers in rail transportation.
