How do you know what information he has or doesn't.I noticed alot "IF's" and speculation in your post about criminal threats,if OT2 Does something to OT1,it could be that he's coming after him to throw a Pie in his face,or may be with his attorney.Coming after somebody,does not imply/or can seen as criminal intent.BTW-This whole thread is Really is off the rails.
