I've had a few of those "Ah $#it" moments behind the throttle of a locomotive, where your butt suddenly gets this really tight feeling as it tries to grab the seat.... and, as your getting yourself out of whatever jam you've managed to get yourself into, you promise yourself and the good lord above that "I ain't gonna do something stupid like that again"......
Often, this occurs because you've decided that you knew better, or taking "short cuts", where you didn't follow the rules, the "check list",......or follow the manual.
"Experience" is often underrated these days, and it shows. But, it's just the good sense and enough of a learning curve, not to make the same dumb mistake twice.........
So I'd definitely still fly with Bob.....
"Safety is of the first importance, obedience to the rules is required".......
