Could very well turn out SMART will need a shutdown plan as well. The capital property(including line thru Schellville) belongs to SMART, but I doubt SMART(or GGT if it ends up with SMART)will want to run money losing freight ops.

What exactly is this stuff Bosco is selling off to defray the annual loss of $200k?

Overall it is questionable anything substantive will happen until Jerry Brown is outtahere next year.
