You are correct, cprr. The vehicle shown is a GTW 2/6 owned by the HLB, Hessische Landesbahn in Germany. Finding the exact location would require a little bit more research, however.

This is the same type of vehicles which are in use between Trenton and Philadelphia, or in Austin TX, or on eBART.
