Not that I know of. The one at Norden may have been way back (run by the dining car department) but like the rest, put out for bid. After mods started going in, the SP would find the closest beanery and pay them a subsidy to stay open 24-7.
Some places had Milepost Inns that would be running the mods and they would put in a beanery, like Eugene and Wendel.
Later, they had clerks take crews to eat but it depended.
Now its Pennies Diner and Oak Motel right next to each other.
