Cap Corridor shut down this morning

Train v. vehicle at Pitt School Rd./Porter Rd. just west of Dixon reported to CHP at 0503, apparently Amtk 521 (first of the day WB) reported as Service Disruption. Veh reported as complete burn. Coroner 97 at 0626. 1 EB and 3 other WB trains now stopped or stopping at various points. [www.google.com]
