I really hope headquarters in Omaha is thinking of including 4449 in the 150th celebration. Doyle McCormack and his crew have the professional track record to run and make it a major positive for the UP's celebration. Never say never to UP having a non-UP owned steam engine run on their line. 4449 has done it on special occasions such as the freedom train. And back in 1999 for railfair in Sacramento, UP allowed the SP 2467 to run from Oakland to Sacramento and return.
