I personally believe that most of the individuals who keep asking when 4449 will return to California are the ones that would likely not donate a dime to the organization or ride the train if it was an excursion trip. They just want to get their epic photo in and shadow of Mt. Shasta and other various points in California once again like back in the 80's and 90's.
