Nwp seems slow these days

I must say business seems slow on the nwp these days. A few months back they would run pretty long trains 25 - even 40 cars. But now it only seems like only 2 - 6 cars twice a week. Even running light sometimes. So what happened? Low demand for grain? What about all those new customers that were supposed to happen in the first quarter of 2017?
