Maybe they can get enough "loans" by having greedy Mexican Bankers get their buddies in "construction companies" and U.S. companies. BJRR is a Roadshow... They still want a sugar daddy somehow.

They love to brag how good they are and their grand plans. Yet their moves are very similar to PIR. Truth is still yet to come on who's the man behind the scenes.

I hope they at least build a new infrastructure before they go kaput. They are so greedy, they just lost LPG traffic from the U.S. for their high tariffs. I'm not a fan in ANY WAY of CZRY, but at least they opened the gorge and had a thing going before the owner got conned into what morphed into the PIR monster.

MTS and their overpaid staff need to be audited and a Federal Investigation needs to happen. I knew San Diego was corrupt, but this blows the equation into a whole other dimension. And we thought Gerry and his CAHSR was bad...
