Who ever dreamed up the e-bart should be run out of town....Bart should have been extended all the way to Brentwood which was promised many many years ago...instead of e-bart, we should have had a comuter train from Brentwwod to Emeryville and every one going to S.F. could transfer to Bart at Richmond, but UP was super hard nosed on the subject wanting too much money, so we get E-Bart, another waste of money....
